PARDAIS LIVE provides a live streaming and social entertainment platform. By downloading, registering, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Age Requirement

PARDAIS LIVE is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older.

Users must not:

  • Create an account if they are under 13 years of age.

  • Allow anyone under 13 to use their account.

If we discover that a user is under 13, we may suspend or permanently terminate the account and delete the associated data. Users between 13 and 18 should use the app only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Registration and Security

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • Coins and gifts have no real-world value outside the app.

5. Host Monetization and Payouts

  • By posting content, users grant PARDAIS LIVE a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display that content within the app and related services.
  • Users confirm they have all necessary rights to post their content.

9. Moderation and Enforcement

  • PARDAIS LIVE may review, remove, or restrict content and accounts at its discretion.
  • We are not obligated to monitor all content, but we may do so to enforce these Terms.
  • Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

10. Termination

PARDAIS LIVE may suspend or terminate an account at any time for:
